Ingredients
- Rye Whiskey2 oz
- Sugar Cube1 cube
- Peychaud's Bitters4 dashes
- Absintherinse · optional
- Lemon Twist1 piece · optional
Steps
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
- Muddle the sugar cube with the bitters; add rye and ice, stir until cold.
- Strain into the prepared glass; express a lemon twist over the top and discard.
