Ingredients

• Dark Rum2 oz
• Orange Juice¾ oz
• Pineapple Juice¾ oz
• Lime Juice½ oz
• Grenadine½ oz
• Angostura Bitters2 dashes · optional

Steps

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
3. Float Angostura bitters on top.
