• Pisco2 oz
• Lime Juice1 oz
• Simple Syrup¾ oz
• Egg Whitesplash
• Angostura Bitters3 dashes · optional

Steps

1. Combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white; dry shake without ice until frothy.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe and dot with Angostura bitters.
