New York Sour
Ingredients
- Rye Whiskey2 oz
- Lemon Juice¾ oz
- Simple Syrup¾ oz
- Egg Whitesplash · optional
- Red Wine½ oz
Steps
- Dry-shake the egg white with the rye, lemon juice, and syrup (if using egg white).
- Add ice, shake again, and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
- Gently float the red wine on top.
