Ingredients

• Irish Whiskey1½ oz
• Hot Coffeeto top
• Brown Sugar1 barspoon
• Heavy Cream1 oz
• Nutmeg1 piece · optional

Steps

1. Add whiskey and brown sugar to a warmed goblet; stir to dissolve.
2. Fill with hot coffee and stir gently.
3. Float the cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon; grate nutmeg to finish.
