Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey1½ oz
- Hot Coffeeto top
- Brown Sugar1 barspoon
- Heavy Cream1 oz
- Nutmeg1 piece · optional
Steps
- Add whiskey and brown sugar to a warmed goblet; stir to dissolve.
- Fill with hot coffee and stir gently.
- Float the cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon; grate nutmeg to finish.
