Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
- Sugar Cube1 cube
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Champagneto top
- Cognac¼ oz · optional
- Lemon Twist1 piece · optional
Steps
- Place a sugar cube in a flute and saturate with Angostura bitters.
- Add cognac if using, then pour champagne slowly over the cube.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
