Ingredients

• Sugar Cube1 cube
• Angostura Bitters2 dashes
• Champagneto top
• Cognac¼ oz · optional
• Lemon Twist1 piece · optional

Steps

1. Place a sugar cube in a flute and saturate with Angostura bitters.
2. Add cognac if using, then pour champagne slowly over the cube.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
